Geo Abraham Chacko is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has more than 13 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounts, Audit and Taxation. He joined with Mulamoottil Financiers Ltd as Chief Financial Officer on 01.04.2021. Prior to joining Mulamoottil Group, CA. Geo Abraham occupied senior positions in Finance and Accounts in various organizations in India and Middle East.

Mr. Venkiata Ramanan, is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and post graduate in Commerce (Specialised in Finance). He is a qualified Independent Director (Section 149 of Companies Act, 2013) and have a vast experience in NBFC sector. He served as a Chairman of Palakkad Chapter of ICSI in the year 2021.
