We are socially active, and responsible to the society within which we operate from. We are accountable not just to ourselves and our stakeholders; we are answerable to the general public too. We believe that our deeds can influence individuals, and through individuals, families and the wider society they are part of. In a positive way. Our growth and progress are not complete without uplifting those around us. Keeping this in mind we have developed a number of programs that can benefit the underprivileged and marginalized segments of the society.

Financial independence of individuals can bring happiness to them and their families. We are only happy to help people in achieving that independence. Therefore, many of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) schemes are designed around this thought.

Every year we keep aside a part of our profits for health and related CSR schemes as well. For instance, this year we devoted a large part of our CSR funds towards providing free eye consultation, checkup, and distribution of spectacles for those in need, but don’t have the wherewithal to do so. That’s just one part of what we do. There’s always a team to identify and conduct socially responsible schemes. Over the next few years, our reserve towards social engagement is only going to go up. And we are happy about it!
